Camera shy Lesley, over 35 years of experience in the industry and is a fully hands on Director, involved every day in all aspects of the business, there is nothing she cannot do (except go up a ladder!). In her limited spare time, she enjoys travelling, reading contemporary literature and spending time with her family.

Mike has over 40 years experience in the industry, a much valued member of our team, with his wealth of technical knowledge. Mike, an ex Royal Naval Engineer in his spare time loves walking with his dog, cooking and collects especially intricate and beautiful clocks.

Simon has over 20 years experience as a Systems Design Surveyor and enjoys creating bespoke security solutions, a perfect role for him with his endless creative energy. Simon is an avid sports enthusiast and can often be found running or in the gym.

Tilley works with us on Tuesday mornings onlyand carries out her duties with enthuusiasm. She gets on top of all the paperwork, does some light remedial work (cleaning up any spilled food) and is our most enthusiastic greeter. Enjoys foraging, walking, collecting squeaky toy and naps.

Annie is relatively new to the industry having worked in the property sector for over 25 years. Her excellent customer service skills and organisational ability are a welcome addition. Annie is keen on yoga, a passion for architectural buildings and enjoys upcycling furniture.

Jamie started with Alarmco 20 years ago as an apprentice and is now one of our Senior Engineers. He is a keen gym enthusiast and tries to fit in as many gym sessions a week in between work, two dogs and a young family. Jamie is always on the go!

Steve is one of our senior engineers and has accumulated over 30 years experience with security and fire systems. His happy, helpful nature is much appreciated by our customers. Steve enjoys cooking, is a car enthusiast and a keen movie buff.
